Although the numbers seem to be lower than Omega XL’s total amount of its proprietary blend, Lyprinol requires you to consume more capsules in a day. So, Lyprinol can actually provide similar amounts as Omega XL, if not higher. The manufacturer says that Lyprinol comes with 91 different fatty acids and other active marine components that can reduce inflammation and improve the overall health.
With Omega XL, you should take one or two capsules for each serving. If you are dealing with a serious joint pain, you should take two capsules. The recommendation is that a user should take three servings in a day. Preferably, each serving is accompanied with a meal. You can take it every before your breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
On the other hand, Lyprinol requires you to consume four capsules for each day for 3 – 6 weeks. It does not specify whether you should take the supplement with a meal or not, but you can consider taking it in a similar way as Omega XL. Once the symptoms are relieved, you should only take one or two capsules daily, or as directed by your physician.
According to their respective users, both Omega XL vs Lyprinol are effective for relieving joint pain and restoring normal mobility. However, Omega XL seems to deliver quicker results. You can’t go wrong with either of these two supplements, as they are both able to relieve joint pain. However, Omega XL is more recommended because of the higher amounts of fatty acids and potentially quicker results.
